Hello, I had a craniotomy for a brain metastasis at the end of June and had to inform DVLA and after 3 months they hadn't looked at my form when I contacted them.! A few weeks later they wrote to say they had contacted the surgeon and I am waiting to hear but believe I will be unable to drive for a while. I was told I had to contact DVLA on the consent form before the op . Good luck with your treatment.
