Hi, i used a company called MIA, recommended to me by a friend that was still undergoing treatment. I was given the all clear in november but as you may know that means nothing to the insurance companies and we are over charged for 5 years. I went to cape verde at Christmas and it cost me £104. Be prepared to declare everything about your treatment start and finish dates etc. It might take a while, I am planning on using them again in may, Good luck hope you get a decent price. Jos
