Hi SKW16  I claimed on my critical insurance for breast cancer.  They sent me the form and the doctor had to complete it, I think it cost £40 and then sent it to insurance and they paid out.  I had stage 3, grade 2 cancer.   What treatment are you having?  Good luck.
