  • Hello Polaris25

I just wanted to pops on and say Welcome! to the forum and thank you for sharing your story. It's good to hear that you're managing well after your surgery and that things are improving. Hopefully, over the coming weeks, things will continue to move in the right direction.

We have a few regular chaps here in the community who have had treatment for prostate cancer, [@woodworm]‍ and [@Billygoatt]‍ are the two who immediately spring to mind.

I'm sure that your post will give encouragement to others who may find themselves facing the same diagnosis.

    Best wishes,

  • Thanks for your post Jenn .   With ref to my last post at the time I was walking every day ,I didn't know if it connected but I was passing blood and lumps of matter with my pee.It  went on for 4days which was a bit concerning  .I phoned two cancer nurses, they reassured me that was usually but if continued to get back to my GP  ,still at the time a bit worrying,I seem to be fine now in that respect I hope.So if you in the same position don't panic .Both of the nurses also asked , if am I drinking plenty of water 3 litres and doing my pelvic floor exercises which I am.Their a lot to get your head around what you leave hospital ,I hope this help to some one in the same position Good luck
