Speaking from personal experience.  My RP was 10 years ago, almost to the day...

- does your penis still pump?  The first few times I felt the familiar pumping action at the base of the penis but nothing came out, apart from a bit of pre-ejaculate fluid and some urine.  After that, there was no pumping.  The urine stopped once I had regained full urinary continence. Now there is sometimes just some pre-ejaculate fluid, but usually nothing at all. 

For me, the good news is that it's actually a lot better than it was before!  An orgasm is no longer over and done with after 5 seconds, but lasts 30 seconds or maybe more with continued stimulation.  I can't promise that it will be the same for you, but you can hope.  You may need to find another way to have sex but it's not off the menu, even if you've had your nerves cut.
