I had 6 sessions, was supposed to have 10. But having bad side effects.. Mine went to lymph nodes, spine, ribs, pelvis and a lung.

Psa was 1581 stage 4 gleason 8 was diagnosed Feb 2016 on permanent hormone therapy. Classed as palliative care. Just living with my uninvited guest.

My psa kept dropping till Feb 2018 (0.03)then started rising, last results 2.2 Oct last year. Been living and working just fine oncologist said wait till psa gets to 20 then more chemo.

this sounds like what I am going through. 
I am on my second course of chemotherapy which is bringing my PSA level down. 
Do you know of any one who has had two courses or more of chemotherapy?
