It does look a bit scary and the panic buying is crazy but apart from that its down to common sense. Don't know if you've seen this briefing on corona virus and cancer patients

Yes it looks so scary on the TV etc, I understand people need to be informed about what's happening around us I just wish it was easier to pick out the facts from all the madness!
assuming you dont die from an avalanche of loo rolls falling out of the wardrobe at you, my only suggestion would be to carry on as normal as far as you can, avoid nonsensical posters on facebook or twitter, avoid the news on BBC and rubbishy local newspapers giving vague gloomy predictions about apocalyptic warnings for local schools, pick some music you like, find something you enjoy doing, anything, just avoid the hype- our local paper is currently arguing with itself about an alleged outbreak in our town jobcentre....couldnt make it up
