Hi can anyone advise if hair supplements are any good in aiding hair growth post chemo?
I rubbed my wee bald head with sweet almond oil every day and took extra strength fish oils, this was at the advice of my chemo nurse....my hair is growing back thick and curly.....she also advised advacado and walnuts ....

sweet almond oil and fish oil obviously won't do you any harm. All the best!
