Hi. I am currently having chemo for breast cancer. I lost my hair around cycle 2 but since cycle 5 (of8) it's been growing back. I asked the nurse and oncologist and they both said it is rare. I was wondering if anyone else has had this.
I Know this is quite an old post but thought id reply. Ive got stage 4 bowel cancer. Im on Flouracil and Panitumumab cant remember the other one. At fitst I lost hair under my arms and then I had half bald legs with a line down the middle lol. Unfortunately I didnt lose the hair on my head which would save me cutting it.
Its mainly all grown back now. Hair under my arms seems slower to grow back.
