I was told all my hair would fall out within 1 week after my 3rd or 4th chemo session. That time is now.

It started coming out in small amounts on Wednesday and more came out Thursday morning when I was washing it. 

My plan now is to meet with friends on Sunday afternoon who have two girls aged 6 and 8, drink some prosecco and let the dad shave my head.

My question is, how short should I shave it? My friend will be using a trimmer or electric razor so I have no worries about cuts from an open razor or is that wrong, could I get cut from an electric razor or trimmer? I know I'm going to be completely bald so I want to hear anyone's experience.
