Discharged from hospital . nothing more can be done.now I have to decide home or hospice. I live alone amd  getting my affairs in order is a nightmare  l feel so weak, has anyone any  idears I have no pain and  I'm on Fresubim plus I can eat ok but so weak

    I am sorry to read this..have you spoken to Macmillan? There must be someone who can help you? My father in law went to a hospice and it was a beautiful place....

    I hope you have friends you can call on? I hope to goodness your not doing this on your own...... xxxxx
