Hi Arice,
None of us are medically trained but really I can't think it should make much of a difference (if any) really. I mean we tend to have quite a wait between diagnosis and starting chemo (8 weeks isn't uncommon), and that wait would be brought right down if it was going to make much of a difference.
We haven't spoken before, how are you getting on with chemo? And did you have a nice Christmas period?
LJ
Hi, don't worry as the chemo keeps on working and a week won't make any difference . Sometimes if you have bad blood results they will leave you and do it later . Hope that this helps a little bit . Carol
Agreed , dont worry, as Caz says its still working , ive had many 'missed' cycles due my bloods not being good enough or severe reactions to my panatumamab at times. Ive been told its not an issue , but talk to your chemo nurses or onc , if you need assurance.
