Can't help with your specific chemo but I used to keep a chemo diary.
Just a quick note every day on how I was feeling and thinking. It helped when I went to see the doctor and also when I was planning anything. It also meant I did not have to keep remembering everything was written down.
just did it as a word doc. I also made notes of any questions when they popped in my head ready for my next appointment.
I would ask the staff as well in case they have had other people with this side effect.
I’ve just had my third FEC chemo and yes it does mess with your brain. I put teabags in coffee, milk in the saucepan cupboard. You’re not alone lol. I’m looking to finish mine in October followed by surgery. So hopefully have a nice cropped look by then. Wanted to get my brows microbladed today but she won’t do it without a doctors note i have lost all body hair and look like an egg lol. You will be fine. Just get past this hurdle and the other ones don’t seem so high xx
