Hi peeps

I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Taking the excellent advice on this website I pretty much started by taking it one day at a time. This does indeed help. 

I thought to share the good and the bad and would love to hear anyone else's should they wish to share.

Today I had both a good and a bad moment. I received 2 letters in the post.

The first was from the hosp confirming my op date (my bad moment) cos my stomach dropped and I had that now familiar feeling of anxiousness take hold for a moment but shook it off cos I know it is needed. 

The good - my 2nd letter - as if... a tax rebate - boom  . Not half put a much needed smile on my face . Reckon a my treat family meal is in order.

Eeee it's the little things ain't it.

    good :- lovely day:)

    went wild for an hr in the house... put stuff in loft, cleared. Out cupboard, hovered dusted, more weeding... sigh. Now in garden with pretty tea cup nd tea pot having  marmalade on toast yum.

    Afternoon ladies! I have just added some more money to my on line page and now stands at £740 raised with more to come in! We did it as individuals but also was a team so all goes together well so far the three of us have raised just over £1,715 totally overwhelmed by that amount! 

    The Good- beautiful day sun shining 

    The Bad- none

    bad:- none yay!

    good :- lil ones nd I actually walked t school with no coats today.... loving the sunshine vibe!

    quick clean of bathroom... that’s house done top t bottom. Dithering about swapping my gray winter rugs for my cream summer ones in the sitting room.... decisions decisions ( 1st world problems eh :-) )

    rpt of yesterday now tea toast with marmalade nd read book in garden recliner.... nd relax. Just starting reading GoT books - author needs t get his finger out nd finish writing em ;-)

    good :- still sunny but a bit cooler so I’ll wait a couple of hours before sitting in garden. I predict a day of reading for me way into GoT book... pretty much identical to series at min so guess it had t be good:D
