Hi peeps

I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Taking the excellent advice on this website I pretty much started by taking it one day at a time. This does indeed help. 

I thought to share the good and the bad and would love to hear anyone else's should they wish to share.

Today I had both a good and a bad moment. I received 2 letters in the post.

The first was from the hosp confirming my op date (my bad moment) cos my stomach dropped and I had that now familiar feeling of anxiousness take hold for a moment but shook it off cos I know it is needed. 

The good - my 2nd letter - as if... a tax rebate - boom  . Not half put a much needed smile on my face . Reckon a my treat family meal is in order.

Eeee it's the little things ain't it.

    Thank you Sandra! When we had one minute silence to thing of people with cancer or who had lost their fight I thought of all you lovely ladies fighting and winning!! Feeling so proud to have been apart of last night! X

    Afternoon peeps 

    bad :- non yay

    good :- early start with breakfast at daughters t watch GoT with her before she went t work... OMG brill. Only one more episode eeek.

    other daughter landed at mine t discuss GoT - she hasn’t watched this ep yet but is like me nd doesn’t care in the least bit about spoilers ( don’t worry none on here) other daughter would cut off her ears not t hear lol).

    shops, beds changed, bin bag of weeds outta garden, kitchen cleaned nd washing pegged out, in garden with glass of wine nd book how is it only coming up t 1 pm lol.

    have as good a day as you can peeps x

    sundial hope having the hubby home has eased your load and he is doing well.

    No. Lol. I’m working harder doing my Flo Nightingale imoresssion.

    Not see episode 5 yet. Stuart hadn’t watched any while he was in hospital so catching up. Just watched Ep 3 again and stil OMG! Four and then 5 to watch. I can’t wait but ......so no spoilers please or I’ll have to remove my ears and then that will be more mess to clean up.

    Thank you ladies! Work was so lovely today people coming up saying well done and money still coming in! Think it’s now sinking in that I walked that far! X
