well.... when I asked u if u were doing anything t fill the time since lil ones gone t school I expected things like .... Zumba, pottery, walking or some such... but no you are being just beyond fabulous and looking to improve the lives of others ️ Yup power t the people alright :-)

That dress Sundial knit is fab ain’t it. Reckon if there is an apocalypse between us we are sorted well.... at least feed and clothe ourselves.   U will look like Charlize Theron in mad max all short hair nd amazonion nd I’ll look like the bedraggled gran from the croods. :-) 

Ooo love a bit of renovation if they were mine I’d keep going out so I could look at them as I came back lol. 

I got excited when I saw new constantine advertised but was just new t the channel...sigh. Watched it when it first came out a couple of yrs ago? Loved it ... don’t know why they shelved it. I have the new American horror in my planner gonna watch back t back when they are all there...looks brill. Currently watching the crown I’m actually really enjoying it. Matt Smith is really good in it as price Philip... far cry from his dr who days...speaking of which ... love the new dr in it :-)

Well as I decided to be s fuss pot about my ribs my poor BCN is going to get my lovely consultant to see me and them see if I can persuade them to bone scan me as I'm paranoid

Anyone know what bone scan involves or had one?

Hi WQ it may be an MRI or a PET scan. I don't know which doc will do as PET will show scarring from op so may not get good bone scan? 

Don't worry - at least they're being thorough and checking you properly. It's only natural to be anxious and hopefully it'll turn out to be ok. Only we know ourselves and our bodies. Best to get checked and be reassured. Let us all know what he says and when your appt is.

The good. Don’t have to go back to dentist until April unless something happens

The bad, it’s knocking me off my feet weather and my last baby tooth was extracted this morning!:(

Oh my I hate dentist. There was a point I just went t sit in his chair...... that’s it just sit in the chair lol .... still scared ha ha.

i had my last baby teeth taken out at 16 I thought that was late lol x
