Arimidex I think many of us here know as Anastrazole, it’s an aromatase inhibitor, basically stops you producing hormones as far as I know. You’re right, as far as I know, AI’s are usually given to post menopausal women. I’m post menopausal but am on tamoxifen as I have issues with some of my joints and tamoxifen isn’t quite as bad as AI’s for causing problems with those apparently. 

Just remember that as you are  at the end of your radiotherapy you could feel extremely tired as your body starts to recover and rebuild.  Be kind to yourself and rest where you can.

good :- shops then pub for food yum. Each time I come home I see my flowers on my mantle piece nd I smile... ️Fresh flowers... heading into wk 3 with these they are lasting beautifully..see pic ️

good:- been for breakfast nd had a good walk. About to test the food from my new slow cooker.... braised steak nd onions with jacket potato nd sweet corn yum.

bad :- time to put the pop up tent down now the girls are at school. They have played loads in it :-). Forgot how to put it back down ... was like wrestling an octopus lol. YouTube to the rescue.  Tent now back in bag.....should have you tubed it sooner lol .

Great news ... my insurers have rung today to say they will cover me for the one trip at the end of October as I had booked it the day after they’d given me the original decision. I finally spoke to someone with a bit of sense and a good dose of compassion last Thursday. He took it back to the underwriters so fingers crossed all good.
