All good this morning managed a bath and getting dressed. Even without pain killers my arm is pretty mobile. Slightly coloured wee still and slightly blue round the gills! Just need some anti inflammatory meds now. Boob looking good. Toying with getting my toe nails painted blue to coordinate with my blue boob lol! Xxxx

Hope u had a good nights sleep ( I normally sleep on stomach the sleeping on my back was a trial;-). I turned in my sleep day 2 - now that s***wakes u up lol)

great to hear all is well. I was tender but not sore. They gave me meds but tbh didn’t need them. Free arm movement too. After D/nurse came ( t check dressing- said could either come in to have removed in a wk or do it myself). Me nd daughter went for a browse around the shops nd t pub for lunch:-).

I found exercises they gave me no problem but day 3 mine went from don’t raise your elbow above yr shoulder... don’t I tell u. To..... and reach to the sky.. and reach and reach (well - walk yr hands up the wall but essentially reach for the sky;-). Don’t get me wrong u can do it but  it felt a big jump from one to the other;-).

Im reading with awe all this about blue pee nd boobs. I didn’t have a wire or dye for my lymph node removal .... so didn’t know all this blue stuff was a thing lol x

Well good morning to you ... isn't it a tad strange not having horendious pain ... I still can't believe my scar was so big, and yet the pain so manageable .. ... song just sprang to mind .. blue bayou  (blue by you) .. well are you changing warrior queen to smuffette lol ... 

Know your going great guns, but just be prepaired to have a few tears even if it's just relief that bits over .. you just may not, but if you do, just go with it ... and then jump back on the rollercoaster ....

Be carefully of your arm ... baby steps ... I took a few days of being spoiled and doing things gradually .. not like our Sandra up and out ... superwoman if ever I met one ... she's the one ... but you take care now .. that's enough of my mother hen worries ...

Beats me why but I felt.... ok nd well..fine:-)

I had watched some videos of what my boob would look like after nd of a lady who had just had her op nd she was saying her nurse had given her a cushion for under her arm for support ( lil heart shaped one). I didn’t need a cushion nor did my boob look that much different than before so... don’t watch videos people -your experience will b what it is :-). 

Hospitals giving out heart shaped cushions:-0... mine didn’t even give me a bed .... a chair I got a chair :-)))))))). X

I'm just thinking ... that woman who said they were given a heart shaped cushion ... got a feeling it was me lol xx  will have to look back and see ... funny ol life a ... they must av thought I needed one ... and I got bed (probably coz I stayed in 4 days he he)  they must av known you were made of tough stuff ...

Have good day , you lovely lot ... shower/hair wash and seeing sis is the order of the day ... so will get back to good / bad at the end of the day ...
