Good day,
I just had this question.
Last year, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer that metastasize to the Liver and nearby lymph nodes and opt to not undergo any conventional treatments.
From late October to late January, I experienced symptoms that resembles metastasize to the brains like muscle spasms, headaches, vision anomalies, weakness, etc. and lumps (both hard and softs, painful and painless ) growing all over my bony parts, joints, and abdomen. However they seem to vanished and fade away slowly from late February, this is after i take some sort of disgustingly tasting"herbal concoction" which I only opt to consume for the sake of my family (as somehow consuming it eases their worries and help them cope with the reality of my disease).
Then mid March and the start of this month, palpable irregular masses spawned on the left and backside of my neck and skull base. Some are soft, movable, and painless others are hard (like tendons), dense, and is giving me a painful stiff neck, and mump-like ear aches. These lumps interfered with the hearing on my left ear significantly, made my left eye buldge out (which also made it painfully sore red) and it made swallowing food pretty difficult. However this past week these lumps are beginning to subside again. I can eat okay again, hearing is fine now and my eyes is beginning to look and feel good. i even gained some weight (i quit drinking the "herbal concoction" this time).
But now my pelvic bones and knees are debilitatingly painful, flank pains (on both sides) cameback with a vengeance and my urine gets much more abnormally dark (though it could be because i consume large amount of yellow ginger (turmeric) tea).
My question is, is this case normal for a cancer person? symptoms and lumps and masses spontaneously spawning and then fading without medical interventions?
I never confirmed that they are related to my Kidney Cancer though so they could be a non-cancer related events.
