I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with neck pain, spasms and shoulder pain since your tongue and neck dissection two years ago but I'm glad you went to the clinic and saw your consultant to get some advice. Hopefully other members who may have had botox injections for this will reply soon but in the meantime it may be worth giving our cancer nurses a call to find out more.
