Had a Lobectomy under ribs bloating anyone else had this

Hi all, Had a VATS upper right lobectomy November 2015.Was very lucky it was a Carcinoid and completely removed. Still have nerve pain across bottom of the ribs but thats OK. My tummy and the centre area under my ribs is bloated. My GP says its nothing but I find it disconcerting. When I pull my stomach in the centre area still sticks out. Not sure what is going on. Anyone else have anything like this?

I am 64 and a bit overweight but I don't think this is just fat.

    I had my right middle and lower lobe removed 3 weeks ago, although I was fine at first now I can't breathe sometimes because of pain traveling round my body

    I had bowel cancer in 2001 and that's when it first started but nothing like the pain I'm in now

    Hi

    I had right upper lobe removed in February this year, I am still recovering and feel bloated all the time. My stomach is big all the time but every time I try to discuss with my consultant he just dismisses it and says it's nothing to worry about. I have put over a stone on since my op but it's all across my upper body. I still have numbness under my arm and have pain under my ribs and right breast.
