Had a Lobectomy under ribs bloating anyone else had this

Hi all, Had a VATS upper right lobectomy November 2015.Was very lucky it was a Carcinoid and completely removed. Still have nerve pain across bottom of the ribs but thats OK. My tummy and the centre area under my ribs is bloated. My GP says its nothing but I find it disconcerting. When I pull my stomach in the centre area still sticks out. Not sure what is going on. Anyone else have anything like this?

I am 64 and a bit overweight but I don't think this is just fat.

    Hi, im 19 and had a lobectomy 2 weeks ago today, too with a carcinoid cancer in my left lung. I have also got serious bloating, and im not overweight, I don't understand why i'm so bloated as I have also a loss of appetite and the foods i'm eating are not foods which would normally make me bloat! So annoying!
