I've just had a dignsois of cancer

Hi am a 52 year old female. With cancer in the throat.   Waiting on some  radio and chemo therapy. My terrifed haven't slept for. Weeks. My heads like a dark cloud and can't think     My brain is numb   Every day I try to be normal for my little family  pretending am Oky and feeling positive and sting. But in fact am falling apart in side   Is the normal or what

    I'm sorry to hear your news, don't be hard on yourself it's a lot to take in, I've recently been diagnosed as terminal, but I can't change it so have decided to live with it.

    your emotions will be all over the place and it's OK to have a wobble now and again.

    You will find loads of support on here anytime you need to talk xx
