Having R-Chop regime

Been diagnosed with DLCBL and having a r-chop regime of a 3 cycles of every 3 weeks so 9 weeks then a 3 week radiotherapy course.

What is R-Chop like, my worst fear is permanent hair loss. Does hair grow back and does other hair (facial/chest/legs) grow back and if so, how long does it take?

    My husband had it.  They way people react seems to vary a lot - I suppose it depends on your tolerences.  But I can say that all of his hair grew back, thicker, darker and his bald patch disapeared - oh his head hair was curlier too.  It took a few mnths, but then hair does take a while to grow anyway.

    I finished my treatment in December and my hair is short but thick and soft, so dont worry . The r_chop isn't too bad as you will have found out . Try to make a diary of how you felt every day during youf first cycle as you will be ghe same every cycle after , knowing how you will be ahead of time will help you plan outings and enjoy your wdll time . Hope everything goes well anc in a few short months yoh will get the all clear . X
