Sorry to hear about your husband's rise in PSA and the anxiety this is causing. Have you mentioned your fears that Abiraterone may not be as effective to your husband's consultant? His medical team may be able to guide you and provide an explanation as to why this may be.

 I am new to this and I thought it might help. I wrote a long reply to you but having read what I wrote I deleted it because  it was just too miserable and moany for words!!  I think perhaps it is not something I will do it again but thanks for replying Lucie - it was very kind of you and much appreciated. N o- theres no need for anyone to reply - its not exactly about the Abiraterone anyway more about the treatment options/time running out.

Thank you anyway - I am sure that this must be a lifeline for some but its not for me......
