i don't know the answer to that question - I suspect not, but I do know that I was given a booklet by my hospital called 'breast cancer and diet' or something like that. You could ask your breast care nurse for a copy. It was more about eating healthily.
I think it just helps to take more care over what you eat, plenty of fruit and veg and good stuff and not so much of the rubbish (including cutting down on the glasses wine). I have been kinder to myself diet wise lately and lost a few pounds as a result, and I think if you just look after your general health in that way, its got to be better for you in the long run.
