  • I totally understand how you feel, I was diagnosed with breast cancer Feb 2014 then bowel cancer another primary Aug 2014. Things were going great then 7th may 2015 was told I have Mets in the lung and its incurable. For the first couple of weeks I did nothing but cry, I think this is normal.

I now refuse to think about dying. I've set the mind that whilst I feel fine I'm going to live my life as the cancer as already taken too much and I'm not going to give it any more.

Don't get me wrong if I think about the kids and grandkids I get upset, but I've decided I will deal with that if and when that happens.

Its natural to feel down, but try to do/feel something positive even if its just making an extra effort in your makeup and clothes to go to the shops.it does lift you and then this has a knock on effect.

    Hope this helps

    Take care Toni
