Suddenly the stoma is getting on top of me.  Emptying is messy, keeping it inside the toilet pan not spreading elsewhere..  Seepage causing itching .

Faeces leaking from bum despite ileostomy.

Keep telling myself to get s grip but it's becoming all too hard..

We live over an hour from the Stoma team so any appointment turns out to be a marathon.

Otherwise everything's all right.
