Breast cancer spread to bones. Does anyone else have this?

I would like to talk with someone diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to the bones.

  • Hi Tointon,

A very warm welcome to our forum.

I am so sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Can I ask what type and stage of breast cancer you were initially diagnosed with?

I do not have metastases, although I've had 2 bouts of cancer and 1 of pre-cancer, all diagnosed within a year. My mum unfortunately passed with breast cancer, which had spread to her bones, lungs, brain and liver. If I can be of any help to you, please feel free to ask.

We are always here for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx

  • Hi Tointon,  so sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  I had breast cancer in 2013 found out last year I have secondary breast cancer with mets in pelvis, hips, ribs, spine and skull.  I have been on treatment for one year now and the cancer is stable.  Happy to chat.

  • Hi Tointon,

I'm 35 years old and have triple negative breast cancer which has spread to 11 vertebrae in my spine. It is also in my lungs and lymph nodes.

    How are you holding up?
