I was told on Wednesday that my brain cancer has spread. I was very positive when I was initially diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in April, but now I don't want to get out of bed!!!

I'm really sorry to hear that your brain cancer has spread. I can't begin to imagine how difficult and upsetting it must have been to hear this so it's completely understandable, and natural, to not want to get out of the bed and face the world right now, but I really do hope that you are feeling a bit better and have had time to process this since making this post.
So many of our members know just how devastating it can be to receive such news, so you are not alone, and hopefully it won't be long until you receive some support and advice.

Hi Steph, Thank you so much for your reply and taking the time to answer my post.
I am feeling more positive now as I have had a call from the hospital who have said I can probably have whole head radiotherapy so I have an appointment on Friday. Hopefully some of my questions will be answered.
Some of our members find writing their questions down in advance helps them to not forget anything they want to know, so maybe you could do that in the run up to your appointment too?

Yes, I definitely feel more positive. I can have Sterostatic Radiotherapy again which I didn't think would be possible. He was very hopeful that this will control the tumours.
