Hi I was dignosed with breast cancer last march and had a lumpectomy followed by radiotherapy which I reacted to badly but then following an issue with left leg it was discovered I had secondary breast cancer in spine and rib also a primary cancer in lung.toldi was stage 4. Had targeted radiotherapy to lung and put on ribociclib and letrozole coupled with calcium infusions and tablets. Treatment seems to be effective in controlling things but flushes are debilitating and have now developed shoulder,neck and arm pains. Have no energy and get little sleep. Does anyone have advice please.
