I've just had a lumpectomy,  I've been lucky to not need chemo. I'm taking Tamoxifen and will likely need additional hormone suppressant.  My hair is thinning and it's really noticeable,  and upsets me. I don't want all the other side effects, my husband recently left me and I am struggling.  Can anyone reassure me?
