Had prostate cancer six years ago 

had HDR, Brachytherapy and 14 doses of radiation result

cured No sign of cancer returning in six years PSA has been undetectable on my yearly review (blood tests)

about three weeks ago noticed blood in urine. Yesterday also had blood clots in the bowl Was sent to the local ED as I could not get an appointment with my GP.

They took a urine sample which was like watered down red wine and bloods

The results came back on my Urine as a +3 

I received a phone call this morning at 1130 informing me that an appointment at my local urology department has been made for me tomorrow morning and to report directly to the ward for investigation (scary stuff) I had hoped all this was in the past?

I should have realised a few months ago that something was wrong as to urinate i have had to sit down as the stream is weak and drippy towards the end. But i could deal with this But two days ago a slight discomfort began at the beginning and the end of the weak stream.

I hope that tomorrow it will turn out to  be an infection (possible after Radiation treatment, even years later, or so I have been informed?

there are other reasons of course that I have read but that is the one i am hoping for as its the easiest to deal with Anti biotic
