Hi Mickyboy75  I am sorry to hear about your side effects.  I cant really answer as I am on Ribociclib which is similar to abemaciclib.   I have been on this for six months now.  In the begninning I had tummy issues and a bad rash.  The rash was so severe it used to drive me nuts and dry flaking hands and feet.  The oncologist did say that they could reduce the dose of Ribociclib if necessary..  In my case I persevered and eventually things have got much better for me.  I still have very dry skin but moisturise every day loads.  You could talk to oncology about reducing your dose or wait and see if it gets better.  I wish you luck.
