Hi Shirley, I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in August, I decided to not have an operation as it involved removing my bowel, bladder and prostrate. MY Cancer is stage 3, I am still waiting for radiotherapy as the best they can do is try and shrink the tumour and give me a few more years. Don't hesitate to ask questions and write them down for when you visit consultant. So far my mind is all over the place but help is available.
