Radiotherapy soon and worried about eating after having surgery to remove tumour from tongue

Just had surgery to remove tumor from tongue and has spread to one node on neck and nerve .   Having my mask made plus planning scan tomorrow  and I am scared going back 10 steps with my eating was not good in the hospital but got fed by the feeding tube and I don’t wish to go back to that .

If anyone has gone through this is it bad as I am fearing
