Hi there.

could anybody tell me how long fatigue lasts after having radiotherapy for breast cancer. I finished my treatment Nov 24 and still feel really tired. I am on a phase return at work and they have been really good and have told me to just to take it easy. I feel like I am complaining when asked how I'm feeling. Just can't seem to shake the tiredness.

  • Hi, I finished my treatment on 12th November and found myself very tired. I started taking Feroglobin liquid which is a mild iron and vitamin supplement. I spoke with my Oncologist about this first and he said it would be fine to use. I have 2 5ml tsp's every day and it has really improved my fatigue. You can buy it in Morrisons for £4.89 but during the winter months they have it on a 3 for 2 offer. Its worth a try, it may help you the way it has helped me. Good Luck x
