I was diagnosed and fully treated for stage 2b cervical cancer two years ago. 12 months after my first si they found a small lump on a routine inspection and that was removed under GA and tests showed it was innocent. 12 months later I started to have episodes of bleeding. I spoke to the oncologist and on inspection they found a red, angry looking lump on the vagunal cavity wall. They removed this last week but simply said they would let me know when they get the results. Has anyone else had to return more than once for lumps to be removed from the original surgical site?
