Hi GRAN-2-3 and welcome to the forum. I too have "brain fog", or CRCC, cancer related cognitive changes to give it it's proper name. I did a managing memory and concentration course held by a psychologist, to understand, manage and improve my situation. The course was at Maggies www.maggies.org to find your nearest one, and was over 5 weeks lasting 7hrs 30mins. I finished the course 4 weeks ago and my memory is improving. PS the course is free and i don't know if you can do it elsewhere, best wishes.
