Hi Stanlefirelord, though i have terminal cancer apart from HT no more treatments available for me, I am also on the Macmillan community, on the living with incurable cancer forum where many of the ladies have years of experience on many different treatments and are years past their best before dates many over 5 years, and could help you more than me, My suggestions would be Immunotherapy, targeted therapy or clinical trials. take care. Thank you Eddie. I did see my consultant on 14 March and he went to get funding for Immunotherapy but nothing has happened so not sure what is happening now. I will get in touch with the other groups. Look after yourself. 

Hi Stanleyfirelord, the NHS just has received funding for an extra 100 000 people to have immunotherapy, "dostarlimab", and treatments start very soon, I would be talking to my consultant about this. If you go on the NHS England web page, www.england.nhs.uk and type in, patients receive early access to latest cancer therapies or dostarlimab it should help when you talk to your consultant, best wishes.
