Mood getting low

Hi all, this is my first time posting. I was diagnosed with stage lung cancer in June last year. At first I had a really positive attitude and was determined to live everyday. Over the last few months I have lost the positivity and am feeling increasingly low in mood. I had been treated with a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy. In December it was decided to stop the chemo part as I kept developing neutropenic sepsis. I missed my immuno appointment this week due to a tummy bug and am now feeling anxious that I may have put myself back. I am really starting to struggle with anxiety and low mood. Anyone else get feelings like this and has anyone had problems with neutropenia.

not this far along as only had 1/12 of chemo cycles . But I hear you re the low mood. I’m autistic and the anxiety and overload I’ve had the past 3 months of diagnosis has been off the scale. Some days I like you feel positive live every day yadda yadda and then today…not so bubbly. Fed up. Fed up waiting fed up being I’ll, fed up being tired. Life turned upside down and the old me is gone.
so yes I hear you. I get through the low moods be acknowledging it and letting myself feel low. Why shouldn’t we?
then sometimes I find a distraction and this gets me a bit further through the day
