Hi, I’ve got stage 4 too, ER+ though. I also get very frustrated with friends and family! My mother in law is the worst… 'you’ve beaten it once you can do it again’ !
I like to keep busy to take my mind off things, so people just think I’m fine and there’s nothing wrong. In reality I’m constantly in pain and battling with being petrified on a daily basis! My other half acts like some sort of sports coach and says things like ‘come on, head focussed, get in the game’ haha
