I am sorry to hear this. I am not a doctor, but I understand that Avastin can cause weight gain. Do you have a specialist cancer nurse, who you can contact for advice? If not, please contact your GP and see what s/he suggests.

I just had the results of a scan and they have found something on my original site but cant say what it is. I will be having another scan and maybe a biopsy. Has anyone else had a scan where they tbought their cancer was back but it turned out negative. Im really worried as I only finished chemo in November and am on Avastin since. Im trying to be positive
