I can only speak for myself, obviously, but I found that taking the med at night helped with nausea, also a ginger biscuit helped, but it didn't last long anyway, the half stone I lost in those early nauseous days, came back as soon as the nausea stopped.  It stopped after just a few weeks and has never come back in the two and a half years I've been taking it.
