Hello Medwin.  I finished my chemo back in December as well.  I have noticed that my sense of taste and smell is nowhere near as good as it used to be.  I also have numbness and pins and needles in my fingers and toes.  From what I have been told Medwin, and from speaking with others who have had chemo in the past, sometimes these side effects last for years.........in other words, you might never get your sense of taste and smell back, Violet, x

Hello Medwin........to tell you the truth, my problems are a bit more serious than losing my sense of taste and smell.........since the chemo finished I was recently told the cancer has spread.  I am stage 4.............but I beieve that where there is life there is hope.  Take care mate, and wishing you all the best, Violet, x

Hi sorry to hear what you've been through. I've had taste and smell problems in the past but they were due to covid so not as serious as yours.

Smell training (I used AbScent products) have helped a lot for me and it got back to normal in a few months. They are a smell and taste charity and profits go towards research which is great. I don't know if it would work for you or if it would take longer but I guess it's worth a try.
