Poor you! We often refer to our cancer journey as a rollercoaster, as we experience the highs and lows along the way. The exercises can uncomfortable to start with, but please perservere with them, as this makes alhe difference in the long run. You will soon begin to feel better, especially when you get rid of your drain.

You are entitled to some self-pity. You have been through a lot in a short time. Don't beat yourself up. We all have days like this, but things will get better.

I'm sorry to hear this. I just wanted to echo what [@Jolamine]‍ has already said. This is such a rollercoaster ride and I can assure you that you are not alone in having low and fluctuating moods. My moods are very much up and down, it's the constant feeling of being in limbo and out of control most of the time and the 'what's next scenarios' that I particularly struggle with.
