Referred for breast thickening

I had my appointment yesterday and have been referred! I have a hard area in my breast not movable, not painful, not smoth amd riggered edges its about 4cm and I'm freaking out! I have an appointment on the 25th of October but my minds in overdrive! ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ I don't even know if I'm posting on the right place here. Hope everyone is well.

    Hello there, I'm really sorry to hear that your mind is in overdrive. I wanted to reassure you that it's perfectly natural to feel that way. I certainly have found my mind in overdrive since my journey started here and that was about six weeks ago now.  You are definitely posting on the right place. It's good that you saw your GP yesterday and to have your appointment date already is positive news. I also have a further apt on that date that I'm quite worried about. So you're not alone.
