  • Hi Julie chemotherapy can be nasty depending on which one and strength of treatment and of your husband .i was fine first few days after session then not very good for about week and a half, then ok again before next session ,I do have other medical problems which didn't help, .  If he has sickness or feels Sick get in touch with chemo ward they should give him some different meds or prescription for different.

,I usto work between sessions when I was ok metal fabrication and welding firm till I had to retire to look after my wife ,I was 64when diagnosed planning retirement,as you can guess it didn't work out like that .

     Remember keep positive    .   Billy

Ps just remembered he could be in oncology waiting for a long time so something to read or listen to and eat and drink could be helpful, once inside not allowed out till treatment is finished, now and again someone will Go round asking if he wants something like sandwiches or hot drinks.

Good luck with his treatment.remember been there done that got the teeshirt.
