Has anyone been sent for genetic testing due to their family history please? I have an appointment in November and I'm very scared

Hello yes I have as it is in my family I was tested and I haven't got the gene I had cancer and it was just one of those things I was told,try not to worry I know it's difficult but just wait and see and who knows you might not have the gene either x
