Im waiting on breast biopsy results, i get them on monday, the waiting is just dreadful, sometimes your gut feeling tells you what you know but this time i just dont know! Anyone feel or felt the same?
Strange calling anything about cancer "good news", because just over 4 weeks ago, it was just devastating hearing that word. But the wife's body, bone and breast scans have all come back as clear, barring of course the 4.5cm lump and 2 lymph nodes under her left arm. So treatment is curative rather than palliative, so we're taking that as a victory.
Up there with one of the best days of my life and hopefully will be topped the day we get told NED. She will start treatment this Thursday.
